Over a period of 16 months, the expedition team will need to undergo selection, training, and team bonding.

This will be done over 6 weekends as follows :

 6th - 8th May 05 Selection Weekend - Broadstone Warren, East Sussex
2^nd  – 4^th Sept 2005 - 1^st Training Weekend - Hand Cross, East Sussex
25^th – 27^th Nov 2005 - 2^nd Training Weekend
10^th – 12^th Feb 2006 - 3^rd Training Weekend
21^st – 23^rd April 2006 - 4^th Training Weekend
7^th – 9^th July 2006 - 5^th and Final Training Weekend
